We will respond to your request within two business days. 

A full refund (minus shipping fees) will be issued for returns postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Returns will not be processed after 30 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags attached. Perishable goods such as treats and toothpaste  cannot be returned.
